Send us a message on any of these and we will get back to you. Whether it is an account you cannot get into, a campaign that did not behave, or an idea you want to run past us.
What to tell us
Whichever way you write, these save a round trip:
- A campaign that went wrong. The campaign name and roughly when you played. If it is about a score or a prize, say what you expected and what you saw.
- A withdrawal. The amount and the day you asked for it. Never send your full bank details or your transaction PIN. We will never ask for your PIN, and anybody who does is not us.
- Getting into your account. The email or username on the account. If you signed in with Google, say so.
- Advertising or sponsoring a campaign. What you are promoting and roughly what you want to spend. Prices for each placement are on the advertise page.
How long we take
WhatsApp and Instagram are usually fastest. Email is answered within a working day or two. Anything involving money is looked at by a person rather than answered automatically, so it can take longer, and we would rather be right than quick about it.
Want a quiz for your own audience?
There are two ways, and you do not need to write to us for either.
- Run it yourself. Write your own questions, set the prize and share it with your school, church group, team at work or customers. That happens at creator.kandrit.com, and setting it up is free.
- Put your brand on one of ours. We run the campaign, you sponsor it, and it carries your name. Prices are on the advertise page.
